Ralph Wimsatt has dedicated over 37 years helping serve high net worth families. Ralph started his career at Merrill Lynch in 1987. After 18 years, he joined Smith Barney in 2005. In 2011 he joined Hilliard Lyons which was acquired by Baird in 2019. Ralph has been named to the Chairman’s Club and Managing Director, as one of the top advisors at Baird.
With a combination of more than 75 years of investment experience, Ralph and his team focus on building long-term relationships and working with high-net-worth families. The team’s objectives are to provide integrity, transparency, and trust to every client experience.
In addition to helping clients reach their financial goals, Ralph enjoys working out and has taken up the game of golf. Ralph and his wife, Debbie, have two daughters, Alex and Emma and a granddaughter Leighton.
Ralph has served in the past with various charitable organizations including JDRF Foundation, YMCA Volunteer Coach, The RMHC of the Bluegrass and is currently serving The Harry Chapin Food Bank of SWFL.
Since the acquisition by Baird, Ralph and his team operate out of the Lexington, KY and Naples, FL offices.
