Blair Coffman Martin is a Lexington native who spent the first two decades of her career in New York and San Francisco. She returned home to Kentucky to join the Brooks Martin team as an advisor at Baird. Blair’s process-driven approach, interest in finance and planning, and her passion for helping people dovetailed into a wonderful opportunity to combine those passions into a career. Her goals are to intimately understand her clients’ financial pictures and to help them establish a winning plan for their futures.
After graduating from Williams College, Blair moved to New York where she started her career in sales and marketing at NBC before being recruited to Pandora in 2010. At Pandora, she started the advertising operations team in NYC and then moved into product development and relocated to the Bay Area. After successfully launching several products across business functions, she moved to Blend, a private financial tech company where she finished her tech career in Silicon Valley and built digital lending solutions for banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies. Prior to Baird, she spent a year with Tempur-Sealy in Lexington.
Blair and her husband Tyler have two sons, Knox and Miles, and a chocolate labradoodle named Ollie. Knox attends Providence Montessori where Blair serves on the board of directors and Miles attends the Early Childhood Lab at the University of Kentucky. A lifelong athlete and sports fan, Blair enjoys running, cycling, golf, and skiing, as well as cheering for her beloved Kentucky Wildcats and Manchester United.
